Our Conditions
All prices are inclusive of full buffet breakfast, taxes
and services and for a minimum stay of three days.
Supplements and Discounts
Discount for the third and fourth child up to 4 years old sharing
with two adults free.
From 5 years onwards 50%
Supplement for half board € 17,00
Supplement for double bed room single occupancy 70% subject to availability.
Payments
We accept payments only in cash, agreed credit cards or bank drafts.
Down Payments
To confirm the reservation we must receive a deposit of 20% of the total
amount of the stay, minimum one night.
City Tax
City tax is not included in prices. It must be payed directly in hotel.

Arrival and Departure
The bedrooms will be ready after 2:30 p.m. and must be vacated for
10:00 a.m. the day of departure.
For arrivals after 7:00 p.m. please contact us by phone.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Up to 30 days before arrival no costs.
From 29 to 7 days before arrival we shall keep the deposit.
6 days before arrival, no show and early departure we shall debit you 100%.
- Air Conditioning
Air conditioning operates from 1st June to 15th September.
- Domestic Animals
Sorry, but pets are not allowed.
All rooms completely refurbished, sound proof and air
conditioned (1st June to 15th September) equipped with safe, minibar,
tea/coffee making facilities, satellite TV and direct dial telephone.
Bathroom with shower and hair dryer most with lake view and balcony,
with table and chairs.
